Job Description

We recently launched Elevation, a new product that uses deep customer insights to help financial advice firms transform the client experience they deliver. Our data is revolutionary in the industry, and has the potential to make life better for over 1 million customers.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders within our member firms, helping them to continuously improve the client experience they deliver for 100ks of clients, and in turn to grow and strengthen their businesses.

This could mean anything from influencing management teams to embed client feedback into their processes, to working with our product and strategy teams to identify, build and take to market new product and service propositions.
You will:

  • Build and own lasting strategic relationships with some of the UK’s most influential advice firms; helping them deliver growth and mitigate risk
  • Work with stakeholders from Marketing to Compliance to C-level management, influencing with a consultative approach.
  • Design how we work with these businesses (from onboarding and contact strategy, through to embedding our products into their company and identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships)
  • Act as the point of contact and manage the ongoing relationships with these firms; ensuring they have everything they need to make VouchedFor a success within their organization
  • Work in collaboration with our Sales teams to identify and drive forward new opportunities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A genuine desire to help people - We are a mission-driven business, so it’s important that you can demonstrate a passion and desire to help others
  • Customer obsession - You have a proven track record in delivering excellent outcomes for business clients. You will need to gain a deep understanding of firms’ pain points to help evolve the solutions they need and implement these.
  • Exceptional communication skills - From explaining evolving propositions to new communications ideas to data insights, you’ll need to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly on a daily basis at any level of seniority. You can confidently deliver a presentation to 50+ people.
  • Meticulously organized and process driven - You have the expertise and experience required to design and implement processes that support the delivery of a 5 star customer experience and generate customer loyalty and advocacy at scale.
