My client is a small business that believes in working hard while having fun along the way in delivering a first-class service. Set in the beautiful county of Hertfordshire my client is looking for Practice Accountants with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in preparation of Limited Company, partnership and sole trader accounts
• Qualified to CIMA/ACCA
• Sound understanding of Xero and other accounting software
• Ability and innovation to develop the digitalization of the company, finding solutions, implementing new practices, procedures and templates
• Have an all-round solid expertise and technical knowledge
• Have the ability to self-motivate, self-directed and able to work independently but also flourishes in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail in order to keep information accurate and organized
• The able to listen carefully in order to accurately gather facts and figures from clients, managers, or other stakeholders
• The ability to clearly articulate the results of their work and present their findings in written reports
