Job Description
This role will take responsibility for assisting the Head of Finance with all aspects of the finance department.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing annual statutory year end accounts
- Preparing monthly management reporting and projected outturns
- Contributing to budget preparation
- Maintaining Cash flow and advising as appropriate
- Understanding, maintaining, and updating the Financial Regulations
- Overseeing maintenance of fixed asset registers
- Understanding and advising on meeting lender’s covenants and other business criteria
- Distributing financial reports to budget holders and the Leadership Team in a timely manner
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with others, staff, customers and clients outside the organization
