Customer Service Co-Ordinator

London, NW9

£25,000 + Pension + Private Medical Insurance

A friendly Customer Service Co-ordinator with excellent communication skills is required to join this growing local Company, there will be plenty of opportunity for progression available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Customer Service Manager with day to day tasks in the Customer Service Department

- Liaising with customers via telephone and email and understanding their individual wants and needs

- Inputting customer orders on the computer system and tracking progress through to completion

- Calling customer after delivery of service to collect feedback and ensure they were happy with service received

- Investigating any after sales issues that occur and ensuring a suitable resolution is found

- Maintaining computerised customer database records and updating details of customer interaction
