Job Description

We are working exclusively with a Fortune 250 global business seeking a Senior Tax Accountant, hybrid working with offices based near Slough. Responsible for the preparation and submission of all UK Corporate tax returns, assisting in the tax compliance and reporting, under both US GAAP and FRS102.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepare Corporation Tax returns for the UK entities
• Assisting with statutory tax note disclosures for UK companies under FRS102
• Maintain the Tax functions process and procedure manuals
• Participate in R&D claim processes, outsourced to an external provider
• Supporting the business relationship with HMRC, ensuring a strong and professional relationship is maintained

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Tax or Accounting qualification
• Experience gained either in practice and/or the Tax/Finance department of a multinational business
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization and outside advisors
