Job Description
Your primary responsibility is to support the Business Process Work stream Lead to define, develop, and implement globally standardized and streamline processes, with a focus on Revenue Accounting but opportunity and expectation to work across functional work streams as needed. You will understand and translate business needs, working closely with system integration (SI) partners in the design and implementation of R2R processes in the target system (SAP S/4 Hana public cloud).
- Aligns the stakeholders towards the goal of business process harmonization, providing functional leadership and topic expertise
- Gathers process change impact and implications, ensuring tradeoffs are clearly articulated for consumption by the Design Authority
- Interpret and translate business demands / user stories into implementable functional requirements
- Set up and facilitate any workshops / meetings to ensure needs are captured
- Formalize functional requirements from business needs, model processes and capture in design deliverables
- Prepare functional design documentation for processes and data objects, and ensure these requirements are understood by technical architects and development leads
- Support the testing of new process in target system
- Prepare Quality Assurance reviews of test results to ensure business needs are met
- Contribute to the change management activities
- Conduct user trainings with global stakeholders to demonstrate processes in target system
- Perform analysis as needed, including data review
