Representing the Leasing Accounting team and actively engaging with a variety of stakeholders within the business, including technology and administrative team on business integration projects
Preparation of various deliverables to support both internal and external financial reporting needs, including analytic commentary and the preparation of supplementary financial analysis for management and other stakeholders.
Direct responsibility for improving accounting processes and controls for a company with a high volume of transactions.
Actively participating in cross functional project launches from scoping through to testing and launch.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work with large volumes of data and an understanding of data warehousing
Worked in a fast-paced company similar to a high-tech start-up
Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Has an aptitude for information technology
Excellent analytical skills
Exposure to researching accounting conclusions, documenting support for conclusions reached
Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting tools
Entrepreneurial, hands on, can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box
Proven ability to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English being mandatory
