Prepare and examine statutory records and accounting statements for the various entities;
Ensure compliance with accounting, legal and tax reporting in all financial documents;
Analyze accounting practices used by entities to look for inaccuracies and potential improvements;
Help to develop efficient methods for accounting and financial record-keeping and help entities to implement them;
Present findings or suggestions both in writing and verbally;
Regular financial reporting as necessary;
Prepare underlying financial information for the purposes of the accounts;
Actively support and implement key project initiatives as required;
Establish and maintain healthy client relationships;
Prepare management accounts and provide client specific, proactive advice;
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA qualified and will have experience either working on medium and large company audits or preparing accounts within a large in-house group finance team.
During this time, you will have acquired a technically sound skill set which can be utilized and drawn upon within this key role.
