Job Description
- Maintain company confidentiality at all times
- Prepare monthly management reporting for property investment companies
- Day-to-day cash flow management for all companies including cashbooks
- Maintain Mura spreadsheet showing all movement and interest calculation
- Reconcile balances/interest with affiliate companies
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation
- Preparation of year-end audit schedules
- Systems enhancements/developments
- To provide information to the directors and other departments as required
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Full qualified AAT, partly or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA all considered
- Good Excel skills, including experience
- Any experience working in the Retail or Property Management industries would be desirable
- Candidates with a stable work history are strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
