Daily bank account reconciliation for all client money accounts
Receipting in rental income and generating landlord statements
Managing and reconciling landlord float accounts
Managing and reconciling client service charge accounts
Settling contractor’s invoices that have been approved by Property and Block Management departments
Recording letting negotiator’s commission for payroll purposes
Raising and issuing client invoices and generating receipts accordingly
Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring property, client, applicant, tenant, contractor and tenancy financial details are always up to date and accurate
Process tenant deposit return payments and associated contractor’s invoices
Update the Tenancy Deposit Scheme website with incoming and outgoing tenancies
Administer HMRC overseas landlord tax deductions from relevant landlords and report to HMRC quarterly and annually
Upload commission invoices to Xero accounting software
