Our client are seeking a highly ambition, experience senior finance manager to join their team on a permanent basis within their office in Marlow. Our client are extremely supportive, from supporting on external qualifications to mentoring you to progress your career within the group.

The successful Finance Manager, on a day to day basis you will focus on producing the monthly management accounts, preparing statutory accounts alongside managing the transactional process. The successful Senior Finance Manager will manage 5 direct reports including two qualified level roles. The Finance Manager will support the process improvement strategy across all of finance. The successful candidate will also support the CFO on the budgeting process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be a successful Finance Manager you must have experience working in an SME environment, be a hands on Manager or senior accountant and have a good understanding of how to prepare monthly management accounts. Alongside this, it would be advantageous if you have up to date knowledge of IFRS.
