Responsibilities:

• While reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the structure and management of the entire weekly and monthly payroll and pension function
• As an experienced Payroll Manage you will be confident in managing the governance and regulatory compliance of the end to end payroll processes
• People management for two payroll administrators
• Conducting audits and ensuring that quality control requirements are adhered to
• Perform auto enrolment processes in accordance with Pension Regulator Legislation
• All HMRC reporting regarding Real Time Information, Full Payment Submissions and Year End Updates including P60s and P11Ds
• Performing payroll related reconciliations and providing reports to the senior management team.

Candidate:

• A background in managing multiple payrolls with varying pay structures
• As an experienced Payroll Manager, you will have a good understanding of auto enrolment, staff expenses and other bespoke areas of payroll
• Confident in using a broad range of payroll software
• This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving as you will be dealing with queries and delivering on promises
• Previous people management skills.
