Responsibilities:
While reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the structure and management of the entire weekly and monthly payroll and pension function
As an experienced Payroll Manage you will be confident in managing the governance and regulatory compliance of the end to end payroll processes
People management for two payroll administrators
Conducting audits and ensuring that quality control requirements are adhered to
Perform auto enrolment processes in accordance with Pension Regulator Legislation
All HMRC reporting regarding Real Time Information, Full Payment Submissions and Year End Updates including P60s and P11Ds
Performing payroll related reconciliations and providing reports to the senior management team.
Candidate:
A background in managing multiple payrolls with varying pay structures
As an experienced Payroll Manager, you will have a good understanding of auto enrolment, staff expenses and other bespoke areas of payroll
Confident in using a broad range of payroll software
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving as you will be dealing with queries and delivering on promises
Previous people management skills.
