Job Description

Our client is a successful and high profile NGO who encourage institutional investors to understand the investment implications of ESG factors and to incorporate them into their investment and ownership decisions.

They are hiring a French or German speaking Institutional Relationship Management Director. This role could be either London or Paris based. Key responsibilities; lead a team of relationship managers who provide coverage for several European markets, ensure the team meets KPI’s and support their development, manage the team’s business planning and budgeting, provide regular updates to senior management, contribute to global distribution projects and initiatives and work closely with the global distribution leadership team to contribute to strategic discussions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a French or German speaker and possess; extensive institutional sales and relationship management experience gained in asset management, strong knowledge of key European investment markets, a keen interest in ESG issues and future trends and opportunities, excellent leadership, networking and stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of developing and managing strategy and business plans and a collaborative and consultative approach. Travel within Europe will be required.
