As part of our on-going growth strategy, we are looking for senior lawyer with a primary focus on leveraged finance representing banks, financial institutions, alternative / direct lenders, private equity sponsors, credit funds and investor companies.

This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development, and secondments, if you want them.

The team enjoy a rich variety of work that is not dependent on our colleagues in our excellent Private Equity Team. Whilst we work very collaboratively in a highly supportive environment, we are also autonomous, nimble, and hands on.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified lawyer with knowledge and experience of leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions.
  • You will also have knowledge of documenting and negotiating a range of leveraged finance debt facilities, preferably for both lenders and sponsors.
  • You want to have an identity in a market-leading firm with credibility and gravitas.
  • You want to build relationships with senior management and your wider colleagues, and have a real impact.
