Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote business line solutions.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients, including C level and internal departments.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a strategic account manager, or similar.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
