Their head office is near Windsor and this role will have a high level exposure to the senior management and directors across the business. This company is well known for being highly ambitious and innovative at growing and expanding its well established product offering. You will be responsible for a range of activities, providing insightful and high quality reporting and analysis to drive commercial business decision making. You will ultimately be measured on your ability to add value across the business, driving strategy and collaborating with a number of senior business unit leaders across a number of business areas to drive commercial activity on core KPI's to help the business achieve its long term goals.

This is a highly autonomous opportunity looking for someone who is confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

What's on Offer?

Package on offer will vary depending on experience: £75,000 Basic salary, £5,000 Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, PMI, Life assurance, 25 days holiday, Parking on site & flexible working.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

For this Group FP&A Manager role, we are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, and ACCA) who has strong FP&A reporting experience, drives KPI's, business partnering and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience in a larger, complex business would be advantageous.
