Job Description
  •  Processing all supplier purchase invoices
  •  Matching invoices with relevant approved and receipted Purchase Order
  •  Prepare bi-weekly payments runs
  •  Post bank entries and complete bank reconciliations
  •  Ensure transactions comply with group financial policies and procedures.
  • Account for VAT and prepare information for statutory submissions
  •  Maintain supplier information
  •  Reconcile accounts and resolve queries promptly
  •  Support internal and external audit processes
  •  Reconcile Key Suppliers Statements monthly
  •  Create Month End balance sheet Reconciliation reports
  • Admin duties such as daily post

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to at Least A level or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years’ Accounts Payable (Purchase ledger) experience on a similar role
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Good understanding and proficiency in Accounts Payable and best practice
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft skills (particularly Excel)
