Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Investment agent at Director level to continue the growth of their London & wider UK team. This independent firm advise a range of private & public sector clients across the UK primarily focusing on Commercial Office / Industrial and Retail Investment markets.

The successful candidate will hold significant investment & transactional experience across multi sector markets with the ability to be client facing, drive business development initiatives and fee generating instructions. The company are proud of their collaborative approach to business so there will opportunities to cross-sell to other departments, it’s also vital you hold people and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new instructions and advising on sale & transactions 
• Leading and assisting with presentations & pitches
• Business development and driving income generating instructions 
• Advising clients on investment appraisals, sale instructions, research analysis, and development appraisals.
• Attending client meetings, site visits, viewings and sourcing new sites. 
• People & Team management, responsible for team progression
