Job Description
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Posting of AP invoices
  • Uploading payments onto the banking portal.
  • Creating payment runs.
  • Raising of Fee and Trail invoices.
  • Chasing outstanding debt.
  • Day to day management of the Accounts Inbox.
  • Updating and maintain records in Sales Force.
  • Reconciling credit card transactions.
  • Other admin tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of software packages such as sage and excel
