You will be part of the Evolve Transformation programme that has been put into place to deliver against multiple change initiatives. The scope includes system, process, data and people and behavior-related change. The focus is essentially to make Finance a sustainable and enjoyable place to work by increasing the automation levels and improving systems and data integrity while also driving for greater process, systems and data compliance across the business as well as in Finance.
You will play a vital role in this programme, ensuring the successful and sustained adoption of new ways of working within Finance and across the impacted parts of the business required to deliver against the outcomes of the programme. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end change cycle for the programme, including change impact assessment & action planning, communication, training and support with business cutover activities. You will report to the Programme Director and will manage the Training and Communication Managers for the programme.
