Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Prepare monthly reporting
- Prepare VAT returns and corporation tax return
- Proactively consider company processes and suggest improvements
- Ownership of the financial accounting ledgers within each company
- Reconciliation of project accounting to financial accounting ledgers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A fully qualified Accountant with previous Internal or/and External Audit and Assurance background
- Accounting experience in large retail companies preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrable problem-solving and sound analytical skills to drive business decisions
- Proven ability to analyses and interpret information received
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally, and to explain complex accounting matters to non-accountants
- Strong persuading and influencing skills of partners at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment
