You’ll be reporting to the Senior Account Director and Head of Health & Pharma To manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating projects, budgets and taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts
To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan for your accounts in order to meet client retention and budget target
To specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximize revenue and profit
Run meetings and workshops (e.g. kick off meetings, project & results meetings)
Manage clients expectations so we deliver more than expected, earlier than expected
To produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting on a regular basis
Identify scope creep when clients ask for more than is agreed on and suggest a solution (upsell or agile adjustment)
Solve client problems; you’ll burrow to the results needed (not the wants) and find a way to deliver.
Monitor your own billing; you will have billing KPIs that you should hit or speak to your line manager about why it won’t happen (sometimes life gets in the way!)
Presentation creation and digital delivery to clients. Explain to them why we took the approach we did and why they should think it’s wonderful!

You’ll understand the website design and build process and how content management systems work
You’ll understand the key technologies TPX use and be able to communicate with clients confidently about them

To develop knowledge on an ongoing basis of developments in SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social, conversion optimization, inbound marketing and other key, relevant channels that provide traffic and conversions for clients and to share this with your team
To report to the Senior Account Director and Head of Pharma on the performance of your customer accounts and status of relationship.
Reporting regularly on budgets and work
Following processes in place and developing/ introducing processes that work for you in managing your clients and budgets
Document, workshop and report on opportunities arising from managing accounts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior account management or account director role gained within the digital and wider marketing sector
Experience of complex design and build projects with budgets greater than £50k or campaign budgets of £250k +
Experience developing social media strategies and managing brand campaigns across multiple platforms, e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram (with a media team)
Experience co-creating strategies for campaigns across multiple platforms, drawing on experience and research
Confident with senior clients, running workshops and discussing commercial and digital strategy be looked upon by our clients as the expert in digital
Experience of running retained clients (either support or campaign)
Specific experience of significantly optimizing website or campaign results by devising and implementing innovative strategies and ideas
Project management experience
Highly numerate and passionate about delving into – and drawing insight from - data
