Job Description
- Process invoices and Wholesale invoices
- Credit Control - Actively monitor and follow up outstanding debtors
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable - Process vendor invoices - including managing invoice workflows, following up business approvals and coding to appropriate accounts
- Review and propose weekly payment based on due date and cashflow
- Complete vendor payments
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Maintain Fixed assets Ledger
- Preparation of draft monthly Financials for Manager review
- Daily Sales reporting
- Assist in collating appropriate data for Finance Manager for margin, cost and tracking analysis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA
- CIMA
- Experience of working in a similar Accounts, Finance, Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper type role
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Part qualified CIMA, ACCA or AAT preferable
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
