Job Description
  • Process invoices and Wholesale invoices
  • Credit Control - Actively monitor and follow up outstanding debtors
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable - Process vendor invoices - including managing invoice workflows, following up business approvals and coding to appropriate accounts
  • Review and propose weekly payment based on due date and cashflow
  • Complete vendor payments
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain Fixed assets Ledger
  • Preparation of draft monthly Financials for Manager review
  • Daily Sales reporting
  • Assist in collating appropriate data for Finance Manager for margin, cost and tracking analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACCA
  • CIMA
  • Experience of working in a similar Accounts, Finance, Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper type role
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Part qualified CIMA, ACCA or AAT preferable
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills
