This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to work at the Corporate HQ of a successful FTSE Top 20 Company. The Prime responsibility is to prepare and analyse financial information for the group’s centrally located Category Development Organization (CDO). The purpose of Category Finance is to drive the earnings model in the medium & long term through strong financial planning & financially well executed Innovation.

In this role, you will provide information to the CDO teams and Senior Group Finance Team, ensuring integrity of information reported. You will be involved in the innovation cycle, earnings model, 5 year strategic Plan and Ad Hoc Category Projects (NPD Projects, Category Reviews, SGM, M&A).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You have the ability to priorities work / time management. You can deliver Management information to the timelines agreed. You've got the ability to see above the detail, key financial and business trends and issues. You understand how Reckitt works both organizationally and culturally. You have influencing skills with Country Management over NPD scenarios to ensure correct business decisions taken from a financial perspective which include major Capital Investment decisions recommendations and Marketing support programs. You are Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA – or equivalent. You combine finance experience with sound commercial judgment - using fact-based information to challenge and influence business decisions. You build strong relationships based on trust and delivery. You look to understand your customers which allows you to provide meaningful insights. And you can do it in a dynamic global business.
