Support with reporting and planning cycles liaising as appropriate with the technical support teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues.
Testing and implementation of enhancements to improve and streamlining the monthly reporting process.
Developing and maintaining support guides for business users liaising as appropriate with wider community.
Identification and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities, including working closely with external consultants where applicable.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates should be a part or fully qualified Accountant (or equivalent level) and have proven analytical skills; able to investigate and analyses data, identify trends and anomalies, and help to determine root cause.
