Job Description
- Ideally part-qualified or qualified chartered accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- 2-5 years financial analysis or accounting experience
- Proven experience of management reporting, financial analysis and providing insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Strong Excel
- The role demands a self-motivated, proactive individual with commercial flair and analytical capability, who can influence key stakeholders and implement change and innovation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Developing robust business relationships between Finance and Operations, delivering high quality management and financial reporting to support business modelling and strategic decision making
- Ensuring the Finance team act as business experts on accounting and finance processes to support finance objectives and deliverables
- Embedding and maintaining a strong financial control environment
- Delivering and supporting new financial reporting framework and automation initiatives
