The Financial Controller will provide financial support training and guidance to the hotel management team. The Financial Controller will develop the financial team and hotel understanding of finance through training and effective communication, attend monthly financial reviews supporting the General Manager in analyzing performance and recommending areas of improvement and focus. The Financial Controller will be a key lead in the annual budget process, working closely with Hotel Management and central finance, providing and approving quarterly balance sheet reviews, working with hotel management to recognize and resolve risk areas.
The ideal candidate will currently be a Financial Controller within a Hotel or within the Hospitality Sector looking for that next move. Be qualified by experience in a finance role or accounting formal qualification, have high analytical skills, be Microsoft Office literate, be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
