This highly-regarded, leading, national firm is looking for an experienced Practice/Finance Director to join their Central London office. The right candidate will be able to get their teeth into some very high-caliber work, be part of an ever-expanding team and work alongside some of the country's finest professionals. This firm specializes in a variety of services, including general criminal defense, road traffic law, complex cases, civil liberties, human rights, immigration and military law. This principal firm acts for tens of thousands of clients each year, representing a large array of specialties, including HNW individuals, government, business Managers and corporate organizations. They work with some of the best legal talents in the country and have continued to expand over the last 12 months.

This company is seeking a Practice/Finance Director who has experience working at the boardroom level to analyze the accounts, and business, and put a plan in place and make recommendations moving forward.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience working in a law firm is essential.
• You will be tasked with advising on the best strategy and recommendation on how best to move forward.
• Experience working with Legal Aid and Crime is also highly desired.
• Previous experience working with Legal Aid and Criminal Law is strongly desired.
• Reporting up to boardroom level
• Analyzing business performance
• Making recommendations on strategies moving forward
• Streamlining internal processes
• Maintaining organization and up-to-date records
