The role will provide the right individual to work autonomously and provide support to the development of accounting technicians within the practice. .

Financial Accounant - Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial accounts for limited companies based on FRS105 or FRS102
• Preparation of charity accounts using the SORP
• Manage preparation of final accounts for sole traders and partnerships
• Maintain schedule of final accounts to be prepared ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Preparation of corporation tax returns for limited companies
• Preparation of documentation to support payment of dividends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified or qualified by experience accountant considered. Well-developed communication skills and has experience of working in a client focused environment Working knowledge of computerised systems such as Digita, QuickBooks, QBO and Sage are desirable Strong team player that can work across functional boundaries
