Job Description

You’ll have the ability to leverage your knowledge in Financial Crime analytics to support the development of Financial Crime models, to build an analytics practice that is rapidly expanding and an exciting opportunity to build a forward-looking operating model for Financial Crime Oversight.

  • Developing the Financial Crime analytics practice and the defining models.
  • Providing effective oversight of business FC Analytic processes, including producing MI on monitoring in line with company and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring operating processes and procedures are up-to-date, in place and delivered.
  • Ensuring analytical work is performed and quality controlled.
  • Providing advice and guidance to colleagues on how best to implement (Models and Analytics) and assess any identified risks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Broad experience in Financial Crime Analytics as a manager across different aspects of financial services / financial markets, and within a global organization
  • Has strong experience of using SQL.
  • Experience of using Python, SAS and ‘’R’
  • In depth FC knowledge including Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.
  • Ability to understand complex data and issues, extract results and to find key conclusions.
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to explain technical terms in non-technical language.
