• Running the day-to-day finance operations.
• Supporting the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
• Creating reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Working alongside the CEO with financial and commercial negotiations
• Assisting the CEO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and Board members

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
• Retail experience required
• Experience running full finance function
• Excellent communication skills
• Previously worked in a private-equity backed business preferred
