Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Controller who will manage the financial operations of our business. You'll be a qualified accountant with a strong experience as a Financial Controller. You'll be based in offices in London and will be required to travel from time to time. You'll be reporting to the Regional MD and Head Office Finance Managers.

The bits you'll be responsible for:

• Responsible for the oversight and delivery of annual budgets, business plan and revenue forecasting.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast and cash flow management.
• Acting as a key partner to the Regional MD and other Heads of Departments in all strategic and operational areas of the business.
• Perform and present financial data and performances to Subsidiary Board, external Stakeholders, Company Executives and Pension fund trustees.
• Supporting the business in senior commercial negotiations with current and potential suppliers and partners, with responsibility for legal and contractual agreements and supplier relationships.
• Managing the local Company Pension Fund Finance, presenting the company as part of the trustees' board and deliver advice and analysis to Company executives.
• Acting as the higher Finance Authority for the Company branch.
• Monitoring and assessing operational and other business workflows of the organization from financial perspective for better ROI, KPIs and efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified.
• Ability to review process from broad to drill down perspective and strive for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of Hebrew will be an advantage
• An all-rounder with an ability to roll up sleeves and dig in.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Decision maker.
