Job Description
The Group Finance Manager is contracted for 12 months with a strong possibility of extension. The role is part of the Finance Leadership Team
Responsible for:
- reviewing and finalizing the management accounts
- leading the external audit process
- financial management and reporting of joint venture partnerships
- the central overheads management accounting and business partnering service
- Accurate reporting (FRS102)
- co-ordinate and produce the annual budget and regular forecasts
- management reporting requirements (exec accounts pack, Board packs, weekly flash, management accounts pack)
- consolidation of budgets and forecasts - for Exec
- oversight of capital expenditure, variance analysis
- statutory accounting and reporting for the consolidated accounts
- oversight of the balance sheet, ensuring all balances are correctly categorized and appropriate
- Oversight of VAT accounting
- Manages team of 6 with 3 direct reports
