Job Description

This role is within the Optimization & Analytics team. We believe that customer engagement has the power to make a positive difference to our customer’s lives right now and in the future. We support all areas of the bank, as well as teams within Customer & Marketing, particularly the Customer Engagement Squads.   • Evaluating customer and product data to inform strategic decisions
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries, working with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer centric business solutions
  • Maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Preparing Management Information (MI) reports with relevant data
  • Working with colleagues within the squad to provide insight which identifies, scopes, and evaluates a best in class 121 customer engagement strategy
  • Contributing to the bank’s data strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to develop high quality analysis that has resulted in customer centric decisions that achieve business objectives
  • Experience using BI Tools e.g., PEGA, SAS, Micro Strategy, Power BI, Hue, Adobe Analytics, Data Science Workbench, and / or programming languages e.g. SQL, Spark, Python, Impala, Base SAS etc.
  • Understanding of the customer and knowledge of what motivates and drives customer behaviour to support customer centric decision making
  • Strong commercial and customer experience knowledge across Products, Channels & Segments
  • Experience of MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint
  • A curious mindset with the ability to appropriately question
