Oversee operations of supervisors, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Oversee cash flow management
Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
Producing error-free adhoc accounting reports and present their results
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
Preparation of management accounts
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Additional task and responsibilities will be required within reason to support the needs and requirements of the business.
To work within the companies operational procedures, and within statutory requirements including the provision and maintenance of a safe working environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient user or finance software
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
