We are looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team. You will be working with one of our sports clients, so experience managing fast paced sports account or a passion to do so is essential.
You will be accountable for the growth, retention and strategic direction of a high value client portfolio, leading & maintaining the relationship between client(s) and company. Being a trusted advisor to your client(s), becoming an expert in their brand and business, understanding their business challenges and how they can be overcome through effective engagement with us and our expert consultants.
Working with a number of different disciplines within the agency, the AD owns the client relationship in its entirety and ensures clarity on the division of responsibilities and the commercial expectations of a project. Through a positive, knowledgeable, and inspirational attitude, it is the AD's responsibility to set the tone and mood of the team and to manage the structure and day-to-day running of the account.
We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and commercially minded, you will need to proactively seek and convert short- and long-term opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services. Your mindset is to go above and beyond client expectations and consistently lead by example.
