Job Description
- Review of management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients in the specific sector of agriculture and property.
- Review of reconciliation of VAT Returns.
- Review of reconciliation of control accounts.
- Review of tax computations.
- Nurture and support the professional development of junior staff.
- Provide detailed analysis for Partners to review before client meetings.
- Deliver valued input on the financial goals and performance of the business.
- Provide a bridge between client account departments and the firm’s internal bookkeeping function.
- Build trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Showcasing a thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply new learning to the evolution of services.
- Support Managers and Partners with ad hoc duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA, ACA or CA qualified with previous experience in a similar role.
- Qualified by experience within practice or industry would also be considered.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
