Job Description
- Ensure the designated legal entity and designated subsidiary statutory accounts reflect the group controls, control frameworks and accounting standards and interpretation
- Respond to financial accounting queries from across as well as drafting accounting papers for group accounting matters (e.g. debt, pensions) and supporting the business financial controllers and Head of Group Reporting with more technical items
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrable accountancy experience within medium-large scale business environments with proven knowledge of both technical accountancy and financial control
- ACA Qualified Accountant
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to provide clear and concise communication to all colleagues both within Finance and wider teams
- Excellent stakeholder management experience working with Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors
- Ability to work independently as well as within a wider team
