Job Description
You will be involved in the bidding, pricing, implementation and delivery of these contracts. The role of Global Compliance Manager demands the highly proactive management of multiple simultaneous projects and proposals and so requires exceptional organizational skills. This role requires experience in tax and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Take sole ownership of a portfolio of international clients with little day to day supervision from Partners or Directors.
- Manage and support the coordinator team working on your clients to ensure the delivery of full scope compliance services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain oversight of each client's mailbox and manage escalations from both clients and the coordinator team
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on driving new service opportunities
- Perform line management duties for team members. This will include personal development, objective setting and appraisals amongst other everyday management duties.
- Monitor and manage conflicting workloads for junior staff and priorities requirements to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Take ownership for weekly client calls to establish a close working relationship with your primary client contacts.
- Proactively own the management of fees and billing across your portfolio.
