Job Description
In this business critical and broad ranging role you will report directly to the CEO and oversee finance and operations. You will manage a small finance team and oversee governance, compliance (including GDPR), IT, accounts, an ecommerce warehouse, and environmental impact, and will play a pivotal role in building ‘just-enough’ operational processes, policies and procedures to run the organization with rigor and efficiency setting it up for sustained success and further growth.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a highly organized, methodical completer-finisher who demonstrates attention to detail and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A tech savvy first class communicator - you share information clearly and are exceptional at tracking and reporting on progress in a user-friendly way using appropriate dashboards and tools (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint etc.).
You will have outstanding finance skills, coupled with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. You will develop and maintain processes that deliver an outstanding support service to the organization and will have a passion for implementing new and innovative ways of working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
