Job Description
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable and the two administration staff. Ensuring invoices and credits are processed and payments made on a timely basis, accounts are reconciled and managing the period end close including processing some accruals.
  • Developing process notes and developing to ensure compliance with SOX guidance
  • Administration of over 100 contracts, ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Administration of over 600 property leases and processing sales and purchase rental invoices on a timely basis and ensuring the incentive recognition calculations are maintained and accurate
  • Managing store fit out invoicing of initial deposits and collection
  • Ensuring that recharges are recharged to franchisee`s on a timely basis
  • Administration of the general ledger and ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are complete within the period end timetable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally, looking for someone who is recently qualified ACCA or ACA and has an audit background. However, would also be interested in an ACCA or ACA finalist if not coming from practice we would look for someone with 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
