Job Description

• The role is responsible for the delivery of risk management and governance solutions and frameworks on behalf of company’s current and new clients, and also support the risk and governance aspects of other projects.
• Principally, to ensure they meet market practices and/or identifying solutions to exceed best practices.
• The role also requires awareness and understanding of prudential regulations set by the PRA and EIOPA (and other regulators), including key areas of focus, regulatory priorities and expectations.
• The role will also require the successful candidate to lead the client due diligence, design, and implementation of solutions for clients ensuring that clients’ expectations are met, whilst upholding our values.
• This role will naturally suit a candidate who wishes to make a change in addressing complex risks, and can disrupt existing methods, behaviors, and heuristics within the area and across the industry.
• Manage solution design and delivery of risk management, governance and regulatory projects, including managing other colleagues, clients and/or relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret risk management, governance and regulatory opportunities in how they should influence business strategies.
• Undertake rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis of insurance and financial services portfolios of risk, strategies, and policies.
• Produce high-quality materials such as evidential analysis, written documents, and presentations to short deadlines.
• Developing a profile within UK, European or global initiatives, working to support the delivery of commercially important work streams, including risk management and governance to add value in critical business decisions.
• Recognizing the importance of capital, working with others to priorities this appropriately and proactively identifying innovation opportunities.
