Job Description
This organization is currently going through an exciting growth phase and are exceeding all targets and expectations their goal is simple, to become the trusted protector of the UK's cash deposits. The successful candidate for this role will have proven experience working in a financial services firm selling a product or a service into investment grade banks. They will need to have market knowledge of managing banking relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and agree the overall bank strategy & budget with the CEO
- Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the strategy
- Overall accountability for relationships with relevant stakeholders of targeted banks and banking partners
- Accountable for building and maintaining positive relationships across compliance, tech, operations, sales & marketing and all other areas
- Responsible for managing the relationship directors and business development managers to ensure that there is a consistent flow of new banking partners
- Responsible for ensuring the banks team adhere to relevant security polices
- Working closely with the Head of Operations to ensure process efficiency across banking operations
- Hiring of banks team members
