Job Description

This is an exciting role working with a key, high-growth, multi-disciplinary account which offers the full suite of ERM services, tailored to the growing needs of our client to play their role in the global energy transition. This is a critical hire for ERM, as we need an individual who can continue to nurture, develop and grow our already strong, trust-based relationship with this global client.

We have ambitious growth aspirations across all ERM’s market drivers and the incoming Partner will work hand in glove with this client as well as with Partners from all services lines and account directors/managers across the globe.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial expert and mining professional to not only work with one of our biggest clients but to become a shareholder in a highly successful business that is focused on bringing client value and sustainable business solutions to everything we do.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the account plan to achieve the annual sales and growth objectives
  • Build a reliable opportunity pipeline to achieve pipeline growth target, achieve the global account profit target and the proposal win rate target
  • Deliver exceptional client value as measured by the client feedback process
  • Ensure positive client experience with ERM and retain client feedback to enhance our service offerings
  • Successfully implement the ERM way of Account management which includes proper use of tools, procedures and methodology

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a client-faced commercial leader who is interested in being part of this thriving global community – an outstanding professional who combines strong Sustainability consulting, strategic account management, and business development skills – to drive sustained long-term, profitable growth of ERM’s business with the key client and its subsidiaries. Educated to degree level and fluent in English, you will have strong leadership skills to lead an account team of Partners to develop and implement account strategic plans that achieves the sales budget and growth targets.
