Job Description

This is a varied role which will involve working within the corporate finance team on financial due diligence, valuations, bank lending reviews, and assisting clients with acquisitions, sales or mergers.

Main Duties:

  • Take the lead role in project managing transactions, the preparation of due diligence and valuation reports, information memorandums and financial models.
  • Coordinate the access to financial information on projects and present it in a manner to allow for financial analysis to be undertaken on it.
  • Preparation of fee estimates, engagement planning memorandum, proposals and budget for client assignments.
  • Attend and lead meetings relevant to the projects/transactions.
  • Support the team’s marketing and business development activities.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • At least three years of experience working in the corporate finance sector, with significant experience in working on due diligence assignments and company valuations (in particular drafting the relevant reports).
  • Proven relevant experience and technical knowledge gained in a similar environment, for example, audit.
  • Good commercial awareness

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident dealing with Partners and Clients alike
  • Work on your own initiative
