Job Description
This is a varied role which will involve working within the corporate finance team on financial due diligence, valuations, bank lending reviews, and assisting clients with acquisitions, sales or mergers.
Main Duties:
- Take the lead role in project managing transactions, the preparation of due diligence and valuation reports, information memorandums and financial models.
- Coordinate the access to financial information on projects and present it in a manner to allow for financial analysis to be undertaken on it.
- Preparation of fee estimates, engagement planning memorandum, proposals and budget for client assignments.
- Attend and lead meetings relevant to the projects/transactions.
- Support the team’s marketing and business development activities.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week
