Job Description

• Supporting the Finance Manager with the day to day management of the accounts function
•  Processing supplier invoices for payment and preparing weekly payment run
•  Raising sales invoices recording payments received and chasing overdue accounts
•  Completing monthly bank reconciliation and recording details of payments received
• Preparing monthly accrual and prepayment schedules and posting month-end journals
•  Processing payroll including furlough claims and posting payroll journey on system
