Job Description
  • Enter Supplier Invoices in NetSuite and prepare them for payment (Multi-Currencies / VAT legislation)
  • Post Vendor Payments and reconcile Vendor AP accounts on a regular basis
  • Maintain AP Ledger
  • Process staff expenses, ensuring payment is made in line with Company policy.
  • maintain Lease schedules including posting required journals
  • Assist Finance Manager in preparing lead schedules and supporting information for the year end Statutory Accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Would potentially suit an AAT studier
  • Good Excel spreadsheet skills V look-up, pivot tables and formulas.
