You Will

  • Work alongside the senior leadership of the Finance & Strategy functions to help plan and define the business in the next stage of growth
  • Develop comprehensive financial analyses of business performance and corporate activities, working closely with senior management
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning through the 5-year business plan
  • Create and maintain budgeting/forecasting models for the company, which currently includes companies in 4 countries
  • Engage functional heads to refine and test functional budgets
  • Budget, forecast, analyze and report on key corporate expenses including payroll and marketing
  • Recommend and drive improvements in management accounting to enable deeper analysis
  • Manage short-term financial re-forecasting and ad-hoc planning projects
  • Prepare annual and three year views of corporate expenses
  • Oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management information
  • Conduct analyses and craft presentations for senior management, shareholders and the Board of Directors
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Finance team, including building the team to scale effectively over time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, with 2+ at associate level (or equivalent) (experience working in a fast growing tech company / prop tech would be a huge plus!)
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required
  • Strong commercial acumen, as well as experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business drivers
  • You are comfortable working with big data sets and rapidly translating results into meaningful analysis and incorporating into forecasts
  • Experience of managing business performance across multiple geographies and supporting international expansion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills including financial modelling, pivot tables and other advanced formulae
  • Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.
