Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Financial Controller on a temporary basis to support the team in the reviewing and preparation of annual statutory accounts, compliance with IFRS, and group consolidations as they go through a period of growth with their developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing annual group consolidations
• Producing the annual statutory accounts for four entities
• Dealing with year-end audit
• Delivering monthly FP&A reporting, whilst providing commentary
• Supporting the annual budgeting process
• Performing trial balance reconciliations and ensuring accounting data has been correctly inputted
• Assisting with new projects - carrying out project appraisals and cash flows
• Dealing with head office requests
• Leading a finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• Real Estate experience is desirable
• Good Excel skills
• Great attention to detail
• Hands-on approach
