We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with working knowledge of Xero to assist in maintaining our financial system. Responsible for day to day handling of suppliers and customers. Good knowledge of Xero including data inputting, uploading, exporting.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Producing monthly and annual management accounts.
· Assisting with the integration and implementation of systems in Xero.
· Recording financial transactions and handling accounts payable and receivable.
· Dealing with creditors and debtors.
· Raising and processing sales invoices.
· Paying regular bills from the practice and handling client invoices.
· Filling historic records and receiving necessary documents when required.
· Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheet.
· Coordinating payroll.
· Completing relevant tax forms.
· Coordinating purchase order process.
· Preparing information for auditors.
